There are numerous Wyoming Athletics facilities available to rent that accommodate both small and large groups for various events/functions. Please contact Cowboy Joe Club at 307-766-6242 for inquiries regarding the Wildcatter Suites or Roach Room. All other athletic facilities can be reserved through Shannon Spears at 307-766-2293 or sspears3@uwyo.edu.

DEFINING FEE STRUCTURE
University Rate - rental fee for any registered organization or department directly affiliated with the University of Wyoming including, but not limited to, ASUW, Multi-Cultural Affairs, etc. This policy excludes the University of Wyoming Department of Athletics.

501(c)3 documentation - rental fee for any organization that can provide valid 501-c3 documentation.

Commercial Rate - rental fee for any public or private group that is not affiliated with the University of Wyoming or the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Scholastic Rate - available for all "pre-collegiate" educational institutions (i.e., primary, elementary and secondary public or private schools). Does not apply to any post-secondary institution, including, but not limited to, culinary and technical institutes.

Direct Costs (DC) - refers to costs of additional equipment or usage, in addition to the rental fee and maintenance fee (if applicable). The University of Wyoming defines fees for all UW Facilities, which are detailed in the 2014-15 Fee Booklet (pages 80-85). Below are the Direct Cost fees established by the university.

INSURANCE
User shall provide to University a certificate of liability insurance. For more specific information about insurance requirements, please visit the University of Wyoming Risk Management website, and review the "Special/Student Events" and "Certificate of Insurance" links.

CATERING
Catering is permitted in several UW Athletics Facilities; however, it is not provided by Wyoming Athletics. You may use any University-approved caterer for your event. Please visit the University of Wyoming Procurement Services website for a list of approved caterers. Alcohol is permitted in some UW Athletics Facilities but its usage is limited to up to four (4) hours and must be approved by Crystal Bennett (cbennett@uwyo.edu) in Central Scheduling. Please contact her directly to make arrangements for alcohol service at your event once it has been approved.

WILDCATTER STADIUM CLUB LOUNGE
As the newest and most unique venue in Laramie, we invite you to host your event in the Wildcatter Stadium Club! This striking facility has played host to all kinds of events from wedding receptions to board meetings, and could very well suit the event you have in mind.

The Wildcatter Club Lounge has over 3,000 square feet of space to spread out in for your event. We have AV/Sound equipment available for use (refer to Direct Costs above), providing you access to over 30 flat-screen televisions in the lounge area.

An elegant bar area accompanies an expansive kitchen to meet all your catering needs. Athletics does not arrange food or beverage service as it is the responsibility of the hosting party.

Pricing: includes tables and chairs in "Game Day" setup. All other requests will incur fees as per the direct costs.

PAUL & MARGE ROACH HALL
The Paul & Marge Roach Hall, located on the second floor of the Wyoming Athletics Fieldhouse, documents the Roach family's contributions to UW Athletics. It also houses the original memorial to Wyoming's World War II veterans, as well as the Wyoming High School Coaches' Hall of Fame. The recently renovated facility is utilized for a number of UW Athletic Department events, including pregame hospitalities and Cowboy and Cowgirl team dinners.

Now, Roach Hall is available for rent to University and external groups alike. The room can be accessed from one of two stairway entrances, and has elevator access as well. Several spacious seating areas along the length of the room provide intimate settings, or banquet tables down the corridor make it ideal for banquets and receptions. The expansive bar, located in the middle of the room, overlooks the south football practice field, which most fans know as "Pepsi's Tailgate Park."

INDOOR PRACTICE FACILITY (IPF)
Situated just northeast of War Memorial Stadium, the University of Wyoming Indoor Practice Facility (IPF) is a 87,400 ft2 venue that includes a full-size 50 yard x 100 yard Desso Challenge Pro 60 artificial turf dual-purpose football and soccer field. Completed in 2007 through the generosity of private donors and State of Wyoming Legislative Matching Gift Program funds, the $9.9M facility is the winter home of Cowboy Football and Cowgirl Soccer. Food and beverage are not allowed on the turf surface of the IPF and "flying balls" (baseballs, lacrosse balls, etc.) are prohibited.

WAR ROOM at the ROCHELLE ATHLETIC CENTER (RAC)
Located in the Rochelle Athletic Center just north of War Memorial Stadium, this 2,800 ft2 space is ideal for small to moderately-sized meetings, seminars and receptions. The War Room is equipped with a small catering kitchen and is handicap accessible through elevators located in the lobby. The south wall of the War Room provides access to the second-floor balcony overlooking War Memorial Stadium and Warburton Plaza and is an excellent extension of entertaining space during Laramie's more temperate months. The War Room is not available on home football game days. The room is wired for A/V equipment and services can be contracted through astec@uwyo.edu. If you are interested in serving alcohol at your function in the War Room, please contact Crystal Bennett (cbennett@uwyo.edu) for further information regarding regulations and licensing.

ARENA AUDITORIUM
Home to the Wyoming Cowboys and Cowgirls basketball teams, the Arena Auditorium has the distinction of being the highest NCAA Division I basketball venue in the country. The multi-purpose gym seats more than 12,000 after a major renovation in the summer of 2014 and provides the ideal setting for sporting events, concerts, public speakers and large gatherings. In the past, the Arena Auditorium has been the setting for concerts by Elton John and Lynyrd Skynyrd and a public forum for speakers such as Mikhail Gorbachev in 2011 and then-Senator Barack Obama in 2008. The Arena is handicap accessible and a recently-completed handrail project increases accessibility and comfort for fans and visitors.

UNI WYO SPORTS COMPLEX
Thanks to the generous donors at the UNI WYO Federal Credit Union, the UNI WYO Sports Complex is one of the premiere facilities in college athletics. The UNI WYO is home to both the Cowgirls Volleyball and Cowboy Wrestling teams and will accommodate crowds of up to 1,200. The multi-purpose gym can be set up as a venue for volleyball, basketball and wrestling. This intimate but energetic setting is an excellent choice for a variety of events including tournaments and commencement ceremonies.

INDOOR FIELDHOUSE
The War Memorial Indoor Fieldhouse is an excellent venue for track and field events and has the capacity to be converted into volleyball and basketball courts. The 37,000 ft2 facility was resurfaced in 2011 and boasts a state of the art indoor track surface, throwing cage and jump pit. The Indoor Fieldhouse holds approximately 2,400 in seating that overlooks the playing surface and will also accommodate events such as commencements and public gatherings.

WAR MEMORIAL STADIUM/JONAH FIELD
Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium, capacity 29,181 was built in 1950 and remains one of the most picturesque football facilities in America. A state-of-the-art $1 million artificial turf surface was installed in the summer of 2005 enhancing this breathtaking stadium, which sits between the Snowy Range of the Rocky Mountains to the West and the Laramie Range to the East. At an elevation of 7,220 feet War Memorial is the highest Division I football stadium in America. The rates below do not include access the Wildcatter Stadium Club & Suites.

LOUIS S. MADRID SPORTS COMPLEX AND NORTH 40 PRACTICE FIELDS
The Louis S. Madrid Sports Complex is a combined soccer and track & field venue with a seating capacity of 700. The facility features jumping pits, throwing rings, home and visitors' dressing rooms, restrooms, a concessions cabin and picnic area. The complex, renovated in 2006, is the home to Memorial 8 track, an all-weather outdoor track dedicated to the memory of the eight University of Wyoming cross-country runners who were killed in a 2001 car accident.

JACOBY GOLF COURSE
The scenic links of Jacoby Golf Course are home to the Wyoming men's and women's golf programs. With picturesque views of the Snowy Mountain Range to the west, Jacoby is the highest golf course in the Mountain West Conference at an elevation of 7,220 feet. The course is located just east of Wyoming's campus on Willett Drive and bears the name of legendary UW Athletics Director Glenn "Red" Jacoby (1946-73). For information on pricing please click here.
