Balanced Attack Lifts Wyoming in 95-48 Win Over IBA Elite

The University of Wyoming Cowboy basketball team used balanced scoring in a 95-48 win over the IBA Elite team in Sir Kendal Issacs Gymnasium in Nassau, Bahamas on Wednesday. The Pokes had five players in double-figures in their second exhibition game of their NCAA sanctioned trip.

UW was led by junior Alan Herndon, as he recorded a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds. He was 8-of-11 from the field for 73 percent. Senior Jason McManamen and junior Louis Adams poured in 15 points. Sophomore Jordan Naughton added 14 points with senior Morris Marshall adding 10 points. Redshirt freshman @Kell dished out a team-high five assists.

Wyoming shot 49 percent from the field going 41-of-83. The Cowboys held IBA Elite to a shooting percentage 23 percent 16-of-70. The Pokes dominated the paint with 58 points and added 20 second chance points on the night.

UW wraps up play tomorrow at 5 p.m. MT against the PJ Stingers.
