Cowgirl Countdown: 18 Days - Cori Aafedt

With it being the first official day of fall camp, it is less than three weeks - 18 days to be exact - until the first match of the 2016 Wyoming Cowgirl volleyball season. UW will head to the Purdue Mortar Board Premier on Aug. 26-27, to face Purdue, Kentucky and Washington State to open the season.

Sophomore setter Cori Aafedt, No. 18 for the Cowgirls, made ten starts for UW during her freshman season. Aafedt recorded a high of 33 assists at Utah State and had two double-doubles on the season. She was second on the team with an average of 4.53 assists per set.

In addition to her contributions on the court, she also represents the volleyball team as a member of the UW SAAC.
