Laramie, Wyo. - It was announced on Tuesday that Jeff Pivic has been promoted to the position of Assistant Athletics Director for Development within the Cowboy Joe Club (CJC), the fundraising organization for University of Wyoming Athletics. His promotion was effective on July 1.
