2010 Fall Sports Media Day Press Conference Available on All-Access, Sign-Up Discount Offered

To kick-off the University of Wyoming fall sports seasons, watch on Saturday, August 7 at 12:30 p.m. (MT) when the UW Fall Media Day press conference is streamed live for the fourth consecutive year.

The free event on Wyoming All-Access will feature head coaches Dave Christensen (FB), Danny Sanchez (WSoccer) and Randy Cole (XC), as well as assistant Cowgirl Volleyball coach Jill Stucky, addressing the media and talking about their 2010 squads.

The 2010-11 school year marks the fifth straight season that the University of Wyoming Athletics Department has partnered with CBS College Sports to bring fans exclusive audio and video coverage of UW Athletics.

Wyoming All-Access is the exclusive provider of online Cowboy/Cowgirl multimedia.

Wyoming Athletics and CBS are offering a free trial period to all fans and alumni until August 9. On August 9, premium content will be available only to subscribers.

Current subscribers can log in on August 9 and start accessing premium content immediately.

    Just in time for the 2010-11 seasons, UW Athletics is excited to introduce the new Wyoming All-Access multimedia player, your online channel for the most audio and video coverage of Cowboy/Cowgirl Athletics.

    New features include expanded video navigation controls, such as video jogging for fast forwarding and rewinding, and advanced search functions to help you get the content you crave. The new on-page video player interface is at a 16:9 aspect ratio offering a full-screen mode and is compatible with Adobe Flash-enabled web browsers.

    Menus are now in a tab format and contain preview thumbnails of video items for easy navigation of content. Viewers can sort videos by most recent, by sport, by featured channels or by live events only. Each tab offers additional filtering options to help viewers find their content quickly.

    More advanced search features allow users to search by keyword or within a date range. Users can further narrow their advanced searches by sport, channel and category.

    Wyoming All-Access now makes it easier for fans to share their favorite videos with their friends and family. Unique public video links allow for easy link sharing while "Share" options within the video player allow users to send links directly to social networking sites. Fans can also send video links directly to friends with the "Email to a Friend" function.
