"We are proud to host the high school football championships this weekend in War Memorial Stadium," said University of Wyoming Athletics Director Tom Burman. "The NCAA rules prohibit us from promoting or publicizing these games beyond providing the basic schedule and results of the games, but that does not minimize how excited we are to have these teams at UW. We welcome all of the young student-athletes and their parents and fans to our campus, and wish all 10 teams the very best of luck. It's a great high school weekend, and we believe strongly these young people should experience their state university."
