WYO Way Customer Service Initiative Introduced by University of Wyoming Athletics

Wyo Way

The University of Wyoming Athletics Department has introduced a new customer service initiative titled the "WYO Way". The "WYO Way" is focused on providing Cowboy and Cowgirl fans with the highest level of customer service and providing an outstanding game-day experience for its fan base.

The goal of the "WYO Way" program is to build relationships with every fan. In order to better serve the needs of University of Wyoming fans, UW Athletics staff members have been designated as contacts for fans in the areas of ticketing, marketing and game experience, the Cowboy Joe Club and event management. Contact information for individuals in each of these areas may be found at GoWYO.com/wyoway/

To obtain additional feedback from fans and discuss ways in which UW Athletics can continue to improve service to its fan base, a Fan Experience Board has been established. In early October, fans were offered the opportunity to apply online at www.GoWyo.com to serve on the Fan Experience Board. A total of 22 individuals have been selected to the initial board. This group will meet three to four times per year with UW Athletics staff to discuss topics important to Cowboy and Cowgirl fans.
