For the second time this month Wyoming Cowboy senior Mark Korir has been selected as the Mountain West Conference Men's Cross Country Athlete of the Week.

Korir won his second-consecutive Montana State Invitational crown last Saturday in Bozeman, Mont. The Eldoret, Kenya, native defended his 2007 title by finishing the men's five-mile race in a time of 24:28, eight seconds faster than the second-place finisher.
