What made you want to stay in Wyoming and run for UW?
I've lived in Wyoming my whole life, it's my home and I like being close to my family.

How do you stay focused and not get burnt out when you are basically running all year?
Well, it's tough not to get a little burnt out towards the end of the year, but I love running. Running is something I'll do for the rest of my life. I have to stay focused for my team. Also, I want to make my family and coach proud.

What are your favorite running shoes?
I love Asics! I've ran in them for as long as I can remember.

How do you spend your time at meets when you are not running?
Most of the time I feel like I'm working on homework, but there's always hanging out with the team and getting to know everyone.

What is your favorite weather to run in?
Most people would probably say rainy weather is the best, but I prefer cool and cloudy with no rain.

Push. Pass as many people as you can.

If you could compete anywhere in the world, where would it be? Why?
I'm pretty happy where I'm at. Coach Cole takes us to a lot of great meets. Arkansas is one of my favorites. The lower elevation is amazing and I have the privilege of running with a lot of great runners.

What has been your favorite experience here at UW on and off the track?
I would have to say the people. I love meeting new people and the track team is just amazing. I could not ask for better friends.
