LARAMIE, Wyo. -

JayDee Luster

Would it be hard to play in front of 100,000 people in a FB stadium, like the recent NBA All-Star game?
"Yes. It would especially be hard because of all the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders on that huge jumbotron."

You've lived in Laramie, Las Cruces and San Diego...what is one thing that sticks out in your mind about each place?
"San Diego has great weather, Las Cruces has really neat tradition and heritage, and Laramie has great people."

If you could change one thing about the sport of men's college basketball to make it more entertaining, what would it be?
"No referees."

Which UW jersey color is your favorite: gold, brown or white?
"Gold because it stands out and we usually wear it for big games."

What is the first stat on the box score that you look at after every game?
"Turnovers."

Have you gotten a chance to visit many places in Wyoming other than Laramie?
"I got to go to a lot of really great places during UW Sports Festivals this past summer. My favorite thing was seeing all of the different landscapes and all the mountains. That was pretty cool for a city boy."

Should the San Diego Chargers be trying to get LaDainian Tomlinson to return next year, or are you okay if he leaves?
"First of all, I am a huge LT fan. But after he said all the things that he did, I think it would be best if they parted ways."

What are three internet sites that you visit most often?
"MySpace, Twitter and of course WyomingAthletics.com."

If you had to choose a superpower to have, what would it be?
"I usually say to be invisible, but it would also be great to fly."

What is the favorite hat that you own?
"I have about 45 hats, but not a favorite one. I would say that overall all of my Padres' hats are my favorites."

What is one thing that your mom can do for you that no one else can?
"There isn't one thing; my mom does everything for me."

Have you ever ridden a horse?
"No, but I definitely want to."

What is your favorite bit of advice to give little kids?
"Education is Power."

What is the best place to eat in San Diego?
"Oh that's a tough one because there are so many and it depends on my mood. Lately, it has been a soul food type place called Magnolia's."
