LARAMIE, Wyo. - Sophomore Ugo Udezue scored 15 points and grabbed 12rebounds and Wyoming used a 26-2 first half run to defeat Idaho State 74-53Thursday.
Josh Davis and LeDarion Jones each added 13 for Wyoming (3-1), which won itsthird straight.
Idaho State (1-3) was led by Kevin Sweetwyne's 13, all coming in the last 11minutes. Odell Stokes added 12 for the Bengals.
After Idaho State took a 4-3 lead, the Cowboys went on a 17-0 run, yielded abasket, then embarked on a 9-0 run to build a 29-6 lead with just under nineminutes remaining in the first half.
Wyoming's widest lead was 28, at 40-12 with 1:42 left in the opening halfand 52-24 with 13:13 remaining in the game. Idaho State closed to within 18with 5:30 remaining, but that was as close as the Bengals would get.
