LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - LeDarion Jones scored 19 points and grabbed sevenrebounds to lead Wyoming to a 101-64 victory over Alcorn State on Monday.
Jones was one of six players in double figures for Wyoming (6-2). Josh Davisscored 15, Ugo Udezue and Justin French added 14 apiece, Anthony Blakes scored13 and Bradley Mann tallied 10 points for the Cowboys.
Eddrick Wheaton led Alcorn State (5-3) with 13. The Braves were hurt by 31turnovers.
Wyoming used a 29-5 run to extend a 9-8 lead to a 38-13 margin with fiveminutes left in the first half. Davis scored seven points and Jones tallied sixduring the surge, which included runs of 13-0 and 12-0.
Bradley Mann's two free throws in the closing moments gave the Cowboys thefinal margin of victory - their largest of the game.
Wyoming topped the century mark even though the Cowboys went 7:22 without afield goal in the second half. Wyoming made 12 foul shots during the span.
