LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Wisconsin-Milwaukee held off a late Wyoming rally for an 80-66 victory on Saturday.

Paige Paulsen scored 26 points for the Panthers (5-7).

The Panthers led by as many as 25 points before the Cowboys (5-6) went on a 37-18 run to pull within 69-63 with 2:27 remaining. But Milwaukee scored 11 of the final 14 to seal the win.

Brandon Ewing led Wyoming with 24 points, and Travis Nelson added 13.

Deonte Roberts had 17 points and nine assists for the Panthers, and Ricky Franklin scored 13 points.

Wyoming used a 6-0 run to cut the Milwaukee lead to 25-24 with 4:18 left in the first half, but the Panthers scored the last 13 points of the period to take a 38-24 lead into the break.
