LARAMIE, Wyo. -
The Wyoming Cowboys (12-8 overall, 3-3 in the Mountain West Conference) will host the TCU Horned Frogs (10-8, 2-4 in the MWC) on Saturday, Jan. 27 in Wyoming's Arena-Auditorium. The game is scheduled to tip off at 1:00 p.m., Mountain Time.
This week's meeting is only the eighth between the two schools. Wyoming holds a 4-3 advantage in the series.
There is no television coverage of this Saturday's game.
When looking at the Mountain West Conference statistics in conference play, the Wyoming Cowboys have the league's leading scorer, rebounder and assist man. Not only is Cowboy sophomore guard Brandon Ewing leading the MWC in scoring in conference play, but senior center Daaron Brown leads in rebounding, and junior guard Brad Jones leads the league in assists versus conference opponents.
MWC Statistical Category / UW Individual Rankings All Games / UW Individual Rankings MWC Games Only

The Cowboy perimeter players have attracted much of the attention thus far this season, but Brown has begun to make his presence felt since the beginning of Mountain West Conference play. Unfortunately, he suffered a sprained left ankle this past Wednesday in the 75-70 victory over Colorado State and will miss Saturday's game versus the Horned Frogs. The senior from Compton, Calif., is averaging 7.4 rebounds per game for the season, and has improved his average in conference play to 9.5 rebounds per game. He also leads the MWC in both offensive and defensive rebounding.
The Cowboy Sports Network radio broadcast of Saturday's game is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m., one-half hour prior to game time.
