Wyoming's Leonard Washington has been named to the All-District 17 Second Team, the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) has announced. The award is voted on by member coaches of the NABC and this year a total of 242 student-athletes from 24 districts were honored.

Washington earned the accolade for a second-straight season after pacing the Pokes to a 20-14 overall record and berth in the CBI in 2012-13. He averaged team highs of 12.5 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.7 blocks and 1.3 steals per game, while his 12 double-doubles ranked second in the Mountain West during the regular season. The senior forward finished the regular season ranked in top 10 of eight MW statistical categories to earn All-MW Third Team and All-Defensive Team honors.
