The Wyoming Cowboys will host Chadron State College of Chadron, Neb., on Tuesday night, Nov. 8 in UW's second and final exhibition game of the 2005-06 season. The game is scheduled to tipoff at 7 p.m. in Wyoming's Arena-Auditorium.

For the Cowboys, it is their second consecutive exhibition game against an NCAA Division II program and second consecutive game versus a member of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. UW defeated Colorado State-Pueblo on Wednesday, Nov. 2 by a score of 71-47 in a game played in Laramie.

The Pokes are looking to win their 15th exhibition game under the direction of head coach Steve McClain. Over the eight seasons that McClain has guided the Cowboys, Wyoming is 14-1 (.933) in exhibition games. UW has won its last 12 consecutive exhibition contests. As the name indicates, exhibition games are just that - exhibitions. They don't count against a team's record, nor do stats count in players all-time stats.

Tuesday's game will be carried on radio over the 26-station Cowboy Sports Network. The pregame for basketball games begins one-half hour prior to tipoff.

Wyoming will open the regular season on Sunday, Nov. 13 when they host the Black Coaches Association (BCA) Invitational in Laramie. The tournament will run for three days, Sunday, Nov. 13 through Tuesday, Nov. 15. There will be four games each day at noon, 2:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
