Wyoming Cowboys Host Western State Tuesday Night in Final Exhibition Game

The Wyoming Cowboys will play their second and final exhibition game of the 2006-07 season on Tuesday night at 7 p.m. when they host the Western State College Mountaineers from Gunnison, Colo.

Wyoming won its first exhibition game of the season last Saturday, defeating the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs 101-82. Western State lost its first exhibition game of the season at Montana State this past Sunday, 55-78.

Following Tuesday's exhibition game, Wyoming will turn its attention to the regular-season opener on Saturday, Nov. 11. Wyoming hosts the Boise State Broncos on Saturday in a game scheduled to tip off at 1 p.m.

Saturday's game between the Wyoming Cowboys and Boise State Broncos with be televised on "the mtn." (Mountain West Sports Network).

Describing the play-by-play action will be Dave Benz. He will be joined by color analyst Andrea Lloyd Curry.

All Wyoming Cowboy Basketball games are broadcast on the 26 radio affiliates of the Cowboy Sports Network. The basketball radio broadcasts begin one-half hour prior to tipoff with the pregame show. Dave Walsh, the Voice of the Cowboys, describes the action. He is joined by color analyst Kevin McKinney.
