LARAMIE, Wyo. (AP) - Jovon Bouknight had seven catches for 116 yards and two touchdowns lead Wyoming to a 42-17 victory over UNLV on Saturday.

The Cowboys (4-1, 2-0 Mountain West Conference) executed one big scoring play after another, while the Rebels (1-4, 0-2) struggled with penalties, collecting 10 to lose 53 yards.

Wyoming had touchdown catches of 29, 31 and 34 yards - as well as an interception by Derrick Martin to score from 10 yards out.

Cowboys quarterback Corey Bramlet was 21-of-27 for 315 yards. UNLV quarterback Jarrod Jackson, who started for the injured Shane Steichen, was 26-of-48 for 239 yards, but was intercepted twice.

Trailing 42-3, the Rebels scored their first touchdown with just under 3 minutes left, when Casey Flair caught a 9-yard touchdown pass from Jackson. After an on-sides kick, UNLV scored again when Greg Estandia caught a 2-yard pass in the end zone with 32 seconds left.

Before that, the Rebels' only score was a 29-yard field goal by Sergio Aguayo in the second quarter to make it 14-3.

Wynel Seldon finished with two rushing touchdowns for the Cowboys.

•During the Joe Glenn era, Wyoming has built a 10-4 home record. Wyoming has won seven of its last eight home games under Glenn.
•Wyoming has won all three of its Mountain West Conference home openers under Joe Glenn. The Cowboys defeated BYU in 2003 13-10, San Diego State 20-10 in 2004 and now UNLV 42-17 in 2005.
•UW has now won two straight against UNLV. Last season, Wyoming won 53-45 in triple overtime in Las Vegas.
•Wyoming's home win over UNLV broke a three-game home losing streak against the Rebels. Wyoming lost to UNLV in 2003 (24-35) , in 2001 26-47 and in 1999 (32-35).
•The Cowboys have begun the season 4-1, which matches the Cowboys' 4-1 start last season.

•Wyoming has now won four consecutive games. That is the first time since 1998 that the Pokes have won four consecutive games.
•The Wyoming Cowboys current four-game win streak is the longest current streak in the Mountain West Conference.
•Joe Glenn is now 15-14 (.517) as head coach at the University of Wyoming. He is 173-73-1 (.702) overall in his 21st season as a college head coach.
•The 42 points scored by the Cowboys versus UNLV is the most points scored by Wyoming this season. In two home games, Wyoming is averaging 40.0 points per game.
•In 11 of the last 12 games of the UNLV-Wyoming series, the winning team has scored 33 or more points.
•Wyoming intercepted two passes today, and has now intercepted nine on the season. It also marked the third consecutive game that Wyoming had multiple interceptions.
•For the first time this season, Wyoming did not commit a turnover.
•Wyoming had only two penalites for 15 yards today. The previous season low was at Florida when the Cowboys were penalized three time for 37 yards.

Offensive Notes
•Corey Bramlet threw for a career high 315 passing yards vs. UNLV. His previoius high was 307 yards against UCLA in the 2004 Pioneer PureVision Las Vegas Bowl.
•Bramlet moved into 10th place on the Wyoming Career Passing list with 3,714 career passing yards. He passed Gary Fox, who had 3,43 career passing yards from 1969-71.
•Jovon Bouknight continued his consecutive streak of catching at least one pass to 41 games. That is the longest current streak in the nation. It also tied the Wyoming record held by Wendell Montgomery, who caught at least one pass in 41 consecutive games from 1996-99.
•Bouknight moved into third place on the Wyoming Career Receiving Yardage list with 2,903 career receiving yards. He passed Wendell Montgomery, who had 2,883 receiving yards from 1996-99.
•Bouknight recorded the second 100-yard receiving game of the 2005 season and eighth of his career with 116 yards versus UNLV. He has had 100 or more yards receiving in six of his last nine games.
•Michael Ford recorded the first 100-yard receiving game of his career with 101 yards today.
•The last time Wyoming had two receivers with 100 yards receiving in the same game was Tyler Holden (115 yards) and Jovon Bouknight (107 yards) against UCLA in the 2004 Pioneer PureVision Las Vegas Bowl.

Defensive Notes
•Wyoming's four sacks against UNLV matched its season high of four against Florida.
•Mike Groover enjoyed the best game of his career with four tackles, including two sacks and a forced fumble.
•Derrick Martin's interception for a touchdown was his first interception return for a TD.
•Martin's interception was his second of the season and fifth of his career.
•Michael Medina had his first career interception.
