LARAMIE, Wyo. - The Mountain West Conference and ROOT SPORTS announced on Thursday that eight Mountain West games will be televised by ROOT Sports during the 2014 college football season. The Wyoming Cowboys will be featured in three of those eight games, including the Saturday, Aug. 30 home game versus Montana and road games at Colorado State on Saturday, Oct. 25 and at New Mexico on Saturday, Nov. 29.

Game times were also set for those three UW games. The Cowboys' home game vs. Montana will kick off at 2 p.m., Mountain Time. The road game at CSU is scheduled for 5 p.m., M.T., and the regular-season finale at New Mexico is set to kick off at either 1 or 1:30 p.m., M.T.

We value the relationship that has been built between the good people at ROOT SPORTS, the Mountain West Conference and our athletic department - a relationship that is now entering its third year. It is very positive for us to have our program and our student-athletes showcased on a quality network that also features the likes of the Colorado Rockies."

"We are excited to launch our Mountain West coverage this year with Cowboy football," said ROOT SPORTS General Manager David Woodman. "We look forward to another great year of bringing all the game action to the loyal fans of Wyoming in the Rocky Mountain region and beyond."
