Wyoming head football coach Craig Bohl will make an appearance in the television booth on the Sunday, July 13 ROOT SPORTS telecast of the Colorado Rockies-Minnesota Twins game that is scheduled for first pitch at 2:10 p.m.
Bohl will be on with ROOT SPORTS' during the third inning to talk Cowboy Football.
ROOT SPORTS will televise three Wyoming Football games during the 2014 season. The Cowboys' season opener versus Montana on Aug. 30 will be televised live from Laramie. Wyoming road games at Colorado State on Oct. 25 and at New Mexico on Nov. 29 will also be televised on ROOT SPORTS.
In the top of the fourth inning of this Sunday's Rockies game, Bohl will move over to the KOA Radio booth to talk Wyoming Football on the Rockies Radio Network broadcast that can also be heard on several radio affiliates around the state of Wyoming.
Bohl is entering his first year as head football coach at Wyoming after leading North Dakota State to the last three consecutive Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) National Championships in 2011, `12 and `13. He was also an assistant coach at his alma mater, Nebraska, when the Huskers captured the 1995 and 1997 National Championships.
Bohl became the first coach in the 27-year history of the Eddie Robinson National Coach of the Year award to win it in back-to-back years (2012 and '13).
