Mark Smolinski


Mark Smolinski, a native of Roger City, Mich., earned three letters for the Cowboys at fullback. In his first season with the Cowboys he helped lead them to an 8-3 overall record and a Sun Bowl victory over Hardin-Simmons College. Smolinski was the team captain his senior year leading the Cowboys to an 8-2 record and earning All-Mountain State Athletic Conference (Skyline Conference) honors. During his career, he helped lead the Cowboys to a 27-6 overall record and a 3-0 record against Colorado State.
