LARAMIE, Wyo. -
The University of Wyoming Athletics Department wants to welcome back UW Alumni for this year's Homecoming Weekend by holding a public open house of the Wildcatter Stadium Club & Suites from 4 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 15. The open house will be held in connection with Homecoming weekend, and is open to UW students, alumni and fans. Parking during the open house will be available Friday night in the Ford Stadium Lot east of War Memorial Stadium.
Fans interested in acquiring Wildcatter Stadium Club seats for Wyoming home football games will be able to talk with representatives from the Cowboy Joe Club that evening about purchasing club seats.
The limited number of Wildcatter Stadium Club Seats that remain are available for one, three, five and seven-year contracts. A Wildcatter Stadium Club seat costs $2,500 and includes: a 2010 season ticket for Wyoming Football; a gameday all-you-can-eat Altitude Chophouse premium buffet; access to the stadium club two hours prior to kickoff and one hour postgame; private elevator and restroom access; a climate-controlled environment; oversized theatre-style seating; and priority access to rent the Wildcatter Stadium Club for non-gameday events such as weddings, receptions, holiday parties and business meetings.
Cowboy fans will also be able to tour the 12 suites that are featured in the new addition. All suites are sold for the next three seasons, but interested parties may talk to Cowboy Joe Club representatives about being put on a waiting list for future years.
The capacity of the Wildcatter Stadium Club & Suites is 475 people. To accommodate as many people as possible during the open house fans are asked to move through the facility in 15-20 minute periods, so that others don't have to wait for extended periods of time to view the exciting new facility.
Fans who are interested in purchasing tickets in the regular War Memorial Stadium seating areas for the remaining three homes games of the 2010 season are reminded that they may purchase a Cowboy Three-Pack Mini Plan for $75. A Cowboy Three-Pack Mini Plan includes an adult ticket to each of the remaining three home games versus Utah on Oct. 16, San Diego State on Oct. 30 and Colorado State on Nov. 20 for a savings of $20 off the single-game price.
