After making it through the first day of action, Wyoming's last two wrestlers were eliminated today at the NCAA Championships in State College, Penn.

Senior Matt Winninger (157) and sophomore Steve Schenk (184) both lost in the consolation bracket and were eliminated. Both wrestlers finished 1-2 at the NCAA Championships.

Winninger lost to Eric Jorgensen of Oregon State in a hard-fought match 5-4. Winninger and Jorgensen met earlier this year when the Beavers and Cowboys dualed in Corvallis, and Jorgensen won that match as well, 13-6.
