What are some of the things you enjoy about playing for the Cowgirls?
"I think the thing that I enjoy the most is being able to put on the Wyoming uniform and representing this University and this state. Being from Wyoming, it's a real honor to be able to do that and I really enjoy it."

Has basketball always been your primary sport?
"Yeah, absolutely. I played volleyball growing up and all through high school, but basketball was always the sport that I loved to play; ever since I was little."

What is it like playing as a freshman and seeing the tremendous support you've already acquired?
"Being a freshman, you're learning the new system and new ways to play the game. The coaching staff here has really helped me a lot and I'm just taking each practice and game as it comes and trying to improve each day."

What is the one thing you hope to gain from playing basketball at UW?
"The work ethic. There is a lot that goes into playing a collegiate sport and after it's all said and done, I hope that I will have acquired the tools to work hard in other aspects of my life."

Did you always want to play basketball after high school?
"I always had that goal in mind playing throughout high school and it was definitely my end goal, so I'm glad that I got the opportunity to come and play here."

When did you decide you wanted to play basketball at Wyoming?
"They contacted me and right away I wanted to say `yes', but my parents wanted me to wait a little bit. Eventually I talked them into it and here I am."

How would/do you separate yourself from your brothers and what they've accomplished?
"It's not that difficult to separate myself from by brothers because I'm the only female athlete and basketball player in my family. They're guys and they played football and I'm a girl and I play basketball, so I don't think that it's that hard, or going to be that hard."
