The Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team played their final exhibition game and earned a 64-33 win against the CSU-Pueblo ThunderWolves, on Wednesday night, in Laramie.

"I thought the difference in the basketball game tonight was our play defensively," said UW head coach Joe Legerski. "We really got after them, shut down some passing lanes and created some steals which led to easy baskets. That was a key because we didn't shoot the ball particularly well from the perimeter.
