Quotes from University of Wyoming head basketball coach Cindy Fisher.

About Creighton: "I was really disappointed in our execution both offensively and defensively. With a team like Creighton you have to be prepared, you have to come out and jump on them, especially at home. I think our girls were maybe not mentally quite where they needed to be. We needed to be ready to attack them, instead they attacked us.

"For a while, I felt like we were on the road the way they were shooting from the floor. I was disappointed in our defense, our man defense struggled early, and it forced us to go to a zone and that's something we haven't spent a lot of time on.

"I was happy with the way they played the zone, they did some good things out of it, but I was really disappointed that we couldn't control them man to man.

"Lisa Glasser is also a huge loss to us and in the key areas, both the post defense and rebounds. You know 20 rebounds in the exhibition game, if we would of had those 20 rebounds tonight that would of helped us tremendously. It happened suddenly, we only had two days to practice without her, and she was a key factor in the plan going into Creighton. We did have to adjust and re-adjust, and we had to put Carrie (Bacon) in a starting role. Carrie is probably not quite ready for that position yet. She still has a lot to learn coming from high school, and we have to be patient with her and let her develop as she can. But Lisa Glasser was really playing well, she's powerful and athletic, so your're always going to miss that."
