Wyoming enters the game on a two-game winning streak and 3-6 overall record on the season after earning a thrilling 76-68 overtime win against Weber State on Thursday afternoon Wyoming is led by junior Chaundra Sewell with 12.3 points and a team leading 8.6 rebounds per game. Ashley Sickles is also adding 12.3 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. As a team, they are shooting 181-485 (.373) from the field and 38-168 (.226) from beyond the arc.

The Vandals are 3-7 overall this season after a 70-57 loss against UC Riverside on Thursday night. Idaho is led by Alyssa Charlston who is averaging a team high 11.2 points and 8.7 rebounds. She is followed by Stacey Barr who is adding 11.1 points and 4.6 boards per contest. They return one starter and seven letterwinners to a team that went 15-16 overall and 7-9 in the Western Athletic Conference.

This is the seventh meeting between the two teams. Wyoming leads the series 4-2. The last time the two teams met was Dec. 4, 2010 as the Cowgirls defeated the Vandals 68-55 in Laramie. Idaho is coached by Jon Newlee who is in his fourth season with the program.
