“We had a great round going today until last few holes,” UW head coach Josey Stender said. “We ended up making a few costly errors that hurt us, but I’m very encouraged by the consistent play of Megan (Knadler) and Gabrielle (Gibson).”

Senior Kathleen Kershisnik carded an 80 (+8) on Saturday and ended with 233 (+17) to tie for 71st of the 85 total competitors. Freshman Kaylee Knadler closed out one shot behind and tallied a 234 (+18) after a 77 (+5) in the final round to finish tied for 73rd. “We’ve played a lot of golf over the last week,” Stender added. “I have seen plenty of good things happen and then some things that we will need to improve on before our Cowgirl Classic.”
