Cowgirl Soccer to Host Summer Camps

Wyoming women’s soccer and head coach Pete Cuadrado will host three camps this summer for players ranging from preschool through high school. The Future Pokes Camp (June 6-9 and July 18-21), ID/Individual Camp (July 17-20) and the Team Camp (July 17-20) will all take place at the Louis S. Madrid Soccer Complex and the Indoor Practice Facility.

The Future Pokes Camp will take place from June 6-9 and July 18-21. The camp is for boys and girls aged 4-13. The four through six year olds will be coached from 9-11 a.m. MT with a cost of $95, while the seven through 13 year olds will be instructed from 9 a.m., to noon for a cost of $135. If a camper registers for both camps, there will be a discounted rate.

The ID/Individual camp will be on July 17-20 and is for girls and boys aged 12-17. The cost of the camp with housing accommodations is $415, or for commuter campers the cost is $360. The Team Camp will also run from July 17-20 with the same age groups. The cost for teams staying overnight is $335, or $290 for commuters.

All of the camps will be instructed by the UW coaching staff, Cowgirl players and outside institution coaches from Wayne State, Northern Colorado and Laramie County Community College. The Wyoming soccer camps allow participants the opportunity to learn the game at the highest level by training with college coaches and alongside other committed players.
