FRESNO, Calif. -

With the 20-victories, head coach Chad Callihan becomes the second head coach in school history to win 20-matches in their first two seasons. It's also the first time that the program has won 20-matches three straight seasons.
Junior Bridget Shanahan paced the way for the Cowgirls with ten kills. She also added four block assists and one dig. Sophomore Laura Beach added seven kills and a team high seven blocks followed by Kayla Henderson with seven kills. The momentum shifted back to Fresno State as it jumped out to a 6-3 lead in the second set. Started by a Beach kill, the Cowgirls scored five of the next seven to even up the score at eight. The teams traded scores until three straight points from Wyoming made it 15-12. After a Bulldog timeout, Fresno State scored six unanswered to help it regain an 18-15 advantage.
