The Wyoming Cowgirl volleyball team will step out of conference play as they host the Colorado Christian Cougars, on Tuesday, Nov. 3. The match is set to begin at 7 p.m. in the UniWyo Sports Complex.

Wyoming enters the week with a 10-15 record overall and 1-10 in the Mountain West Conference. The Cowgirls are currently led by freshman outside hitter Jodi Purdy who is averaging 3.43 kills and 2.54 digs per set. She is followed by Lauren Whitney and Dani Bedore. Whitney is averaging 2.49 kills, while Bedore is adding 2.03 kills and 2.02 digs per set. As a team, the Cowgirls are averaging 12.02 kills and 13.33 digs per set.
The Cougars are currently 5-23 overall and 1-16 in the RMAC. They are led by Kelly Clausen who is averaging 2.77 kills and 2.13 digs, while Kim McCalmont is adding 2.08 kills per set. CCU returns three starters and five letterwinners to a team that went 7-27 overall and 2-17 in the RMAC a year ago. This is the first meeting ever between the two schools. Colorado Christian is coached by Aimee Davison who is in her sixth season with the program.
