Senior (2015-16): Dow once again had a successful season for Wyoming. For the second time in her career, she was named All-MW for taking third (4:19.03) in the 400 IM at the MW Championships. She also took tenth (2:01.25) in the 200 IM at the championships. In the final tune-up before the conference meet, Dow finished third (2:19.28) in the 200 breast and fourth (1:04.77) in the 100 breast in the double-dual against UNLV and Nevada. Dow brought home a victory against Arizona State in the 400 IM with a time of 4:28.04 to help UW claim its first-ever victory over a Pac-12 opponent. On senior night against Border War rival Colorado State, Dow claimed the 200 breast with a time of 2:24.11 and also finished second in the 100 breast (1:05.61).

Junior (2014-15):
Dow impressed as a junior for Wyoming this season, she dominated the 400 individual medley against New Mexico State with a time of 4:35.89. She helped UW defeat UNLV by taking home the titles in the 200 individual medley with a time of 2:06.31 and a career-best mark in the 200 breaststroke at 2:19.79. Dow also won the 400 individual medley with a time of 4:28.99 against UC-Santa Barbara. At the MW Championships, she finished sixth in the 400 IM and earned All-MW honors for the first time in her career.

Sophomore (2013-14): Dow competed and contributed to the Cowgirls in every meet in her second season with a program. She scored points for the Cowgirls at the Mountain West Championships in the 1,650 freestyle with a time of 17:01.18. Dow also scored points for UW with a 17th place finish in the 500 freestyle with a season-best time of 4:54.35. Earlier in the season, she earned a pair of wins in the 500 freestyle. She won the event in a dual against UIC with a time of 5:03.38. She also won the race in duals against New Mexico and Grand Canyon with a mark of 5:06.83.

Freshman: (2012-13): Dow saw significant action for the Cowgirls in her freshman season. She set three personal-best at the Mountain West Championships, in the 1,650 freestyle, she placed ninth with a time of 16:48.74. She followed her 1,650 freestyle performance with a time of 4:23.90 in the 400 individual medley. She also recorded a time of 4:53.91 in the 500 freestyle at the MW Championships. Dow won the 1,000 freestyle in the Cowgirls dual against Northern Colorado as she recorded a time of 10:46.02.

High School: Dow joins the Cowgirls from Sprague High School in Salem, Ore., as a distance freestyle and individual medley swimmer. Dow swam for Sprague for just her freshman season before focusing on club swimming. In her freshman year she was the 200 IM conference champion and state runner-up on her way to the school record in that event. She swam for Craig Charlson, the head coach of Bearcat Swim Club. Dow is a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American athlete. She is a Grand Prix and Sectional qualifier in the 500, 1000, 1650 freestyles; 100 and 200 breaststrokes; and the 400 IM. She excelled during her club career swimming records in the 1650 freestyle (17:21.47) and 500 free (5:03.32). She also excelled in as a member of National Honor Society and a four-year honor roll member.

Personal: Dow was born on Sept. 17, 1993 in Portland, Ore. She is the daughter of Roger and Janet. Dow has three siblings, Ellen, Elliot and Evette. She plans to major in business at UW. She was also recruited by New Mexico State, Idaho and Northern Arizona.
