Freshman (2013-14): Dahlquist saw action in eight meets in her freshman season with the Cowgirls. Against UNLV and Nevada she placed second in the 200 individual medley with a season-best time of 2:08.58. In a dual against Border War rival Colorado State she earned a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle with a time of 1:56.29. In duals against UIC and Northwestern she swam a season-best 2:06.24 in the 200 backstroke.

High School: Dahlquist joins the Cowgirls from Mountain Vista High School under head coach Heather Hebert. She was a four-year letterwinner in swimming. She was All-State her junior season in the 100 butterfly and 200 individual medley and All-State her sophomore season in the 200 individual medley. She competed in cross country her freshman and sophomore years, while also participating in track her freshman, sophomore and junior years. Dahlquist was academic All-State her sophomore, junior and senior years of high school. While in high school, Dahlquist was a peer and youth group leader at St. Frances Cabrini Parish.

Personal: She is the daughter of Jeff and Kristin Dahlquist and was born November 9, 1994 in Littleton, Colo. She has two sisters, Kyla and Karyn. Her dad swam at the University of Denver and sister, Kyla swam for one season at the University of Loyola Marymount at Los Angeles. While at UW she intends to major in nursing. She was also recruited by Denver, Richmond and South Dakota
