2013-14: Earned two All-MW honors and ran two all-time top 10 times during the season...indoors posted the second-fastest 800 meters in school history at 1:49.29 at the Don Kirby Invite on Feb. 15...finished runner-up at the MW Championships in the 800 meters in 1:51.13...won four individual races during the indoor campaign...outdoors notched the third-fastest 800 meters in UW history at 1:48.76 at the NCAA West Preliminary on May 29...missed qualifying for the NCAA Championships in the 800 meters by one tenth of a second...finished runner-up at the MW Championships by two thousandths of a second in 1:49.86...named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete in the classroom...also earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
Before Wyoming: Earned his bachelor's degree in sport and exercise science from Cardiff Metropolitan University in June...ran middle distance for the Southampton Athletic Club...owned personal bests of 1:49 in the 800 meters and 48.8 in the 400 meters...ran in the 800 meters in the 2012 Olympic Trials for England...also finished third in the 800 meters in 1:50 at the 2011 England Senior Championships.
