He has been a six time all-conference performer for the Pokes during his career. He won the MW title in the discus throw and was runner-up in the weight throw during the 2012 season. Joe is ranked No. 5 all-time at UW in the discus throw, No. 10 in the weight throw, and No. 9 in the hammer throw. He also holds the UW freshman records in the discus and weight throw.
