Three Athletes Represent Program Well

BOULDER, Colo. - Three Wyoming athletes participated in the high jump Friday evening to open the Potts Indoor Invitational at the University of Colorado's Balch Fieldhouse in Boulder, Colo.
On the men's side, sophomore Kyle Sullivan reached a height of six feet, 1.25 inches to tie for fourth place in the meet with four other athletes. The mark was just three and a half inches from his personal-best height of 6'4.75." Seun Ogunmodede of the Colorado School of Mines and Colorado's Mark Jones tied for first place with a height of 6'11."
For the women, junior Jenna Mann and senior Brittany Rehm tied for 11th place with high jumps of 5'0.25." For Mann, the height was just a half-inch short of her personal-best 5'0.75" set at the Power Meet, while Rehm owns a personal-best 5'3" also from the Power Meet in December. Competing unattached, Lindsey Malone won the event with a height of 5'8."
Action resumes Saturday at 10 a.m. with the weight throw and shot put, while the running events begin at 2 p.m. with the 60-meter dashes. The meet will conclude at approximately 7:15 p.m. with the 4x400-meter relays. A full schedule of events and statistics can be viewed at the above links.
