Wyoming Track Caps Off Busy Day

WALNUT, Calif. - Azusa Pacific results | Mt. SAC Relays results | WSC-GHS Results The University of Wyoming track and field program had a busy day Friday, as the student-athletes competed in California and Colorado. At Mt. SAC Relays - Walnut, Calif. Action continued Friday, as senior Jeremiah James was 13th in the triple jump, with a mark of 14.40 meters. Shortly after, junior Brandon Douglass was 14th in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 14.51 seconds. Sophomore Candace Wollert was 41st in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:10.64. At Azusa Pacific /Bryan Clay Invitational - Azusa, Calif. Sophomore Andrea Klimowski was 39th in the 1,500-meter run with a time of 4:47.42. Aaron Derner, a freshman, was 13th in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:08.78. At Western State - Gunnison, Colo. Junior Mark Flegel was second in the 110-meter hurdles, 14.78. Action continues Saturday on Day Two of the Mt. SAC relays, while the LSU Alumni Gold in Baton Rouge, La., kicks off. The WSC-GHS Invitational continues Saturday.
