UW This Season: Kellum enters the fall campaign as the No. 3 boundary cornerback on the depth chart.
2013: Kellum provided depth to the Cowboy secondary but did not play in any games.
High School: Kellum was a four-year letter winner in football, wrestling and track at Perry-Lecompton High School. He earned all-state, all-area and all-league honors as a running back, and was all-league as a linebacker. As a freshman, Perry-Lecompton was 10-4 and finished as the state runner-up. Academically, he was on the honor roll for four years in high school and was a National Honor Society inductee. He also was recruited by Davidson, South Dakota School of Mines and Kansas State.
Personal: Born Sept. 3, 1993, he is the son of Kenny Kellum and Helena Allen. He has three siblings: Sydney, Cole and Dalton. His uncle, Marv Kellum, played for the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers from 1973-75. He is pursuing a degree in petroleum engineering at UW.
