2013: Redshirted.

High School: Patterson was a four-year letterwinner in football. In his senior season, he was invited to the National Underclassmen Combine Top Prospect Elite camp, hosted by the University of Oklahoma. He placed in the top five among the 20 quarterbacks invited. He also received an invite to the Ultimate 100 camp in Los Angeles, placing in the top three among QBs out of 25.

In his senior season, he had 1,591 yards for Boulder High School, completing 66 percent of his passes. He averaged 318 yards per game and tossed 21 TDs.

Personal: Born Nov. 10, 1994, he is the son of Tim Patterson and Andrea Von Barby. He has one sibling, Malcolm. His dad Tim was on the ski team at UW from 1976-80, and his cousin Nate Mattlock played football at Williamette University from 2001-04. He is undecided on a major at UW.
