During that season, he put up the third-best single-season punting average in UW history punting 52 times for 2,369 yards and an average of 45.6 per punt. Also during his senior season, Weil recorded the second-best punting game in school history against Air Force punting for 336 total yards on six punts for an average of 56 yards per punt.
