Wyoming-Boise State Game is a Sellout

LARAMIE, Wyo. - The Wyoming-Boise State football game this coming Saturday, Sept. 18 was officially announced as a sellout by the UW Athletics Department as of late Wednesday afternoon. The last of the single-game tickets available for sale were sold on Wednesday. No single-game tickets will be available for sale the day of the game. Only a select number of season-tickets will be available for sale at a price of $170 per season ticket. Saturday's game will kick off at 6 p.m., Mountain Time. Due to the large crowd for Saturday's game, fans are encouraged to arrive early and enter the stadium early. Anyone who needs to pick up tickets at Will Call is also encouraged to arrive early to avoid waiting in line. Fans are invited to cheer on the team during the "Cowboy Walk", which will begin at the Hilton Garden Inn just east of War Memorial Stadium at approximately 3:30 p.m. The Cowboys will walk from the Hilton through the Ford Stadium Lot on the east side of the stadium to their locker room in the Rochelle Athletics Center. Tailgate Park will open 2 1/2 hours prior to kickoff or 3:30 p.m. for the Wyoming-Boise State game. Gates to the stadium will open two (2) hours prior to kickoff or 4:00 p.m. for Saturday's game. Once inside the stadium, fans will have a new resource for information as the UW Athletics Ticket Office will have an Advance Ticket Sales/Information Cabin located near the northwest corner of the stadium in the circle drive just north of the "Boot". Fans wishing to purchase tickets to next week's Air Force game will be offered a special price if purchased at the Advance Ticket Sales/Information Cabin this Saturday. That special price will be $22, which is $8 off the regular price of $30 for the Air Force game. As the 2010-11 academic year begins, the University of Wyoming Athletics Department is focusing on three guiding principles as its teams prepare to represent the state of Wyoming on and off the field of competition.
