The Wyoming Cowboys will travel to the West Coast this Saturday for the 29th meeting versus conference rival San Diego State. Wyoming holds a two-game advantage in the series, having won 15 times to 13 for the Aztecs. Saturday's game is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m., Mountain Time (6 p.m., Pacific Time) from Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Calif.

UW enters Saturday's game with a 5-3 overall record and a 2-2 mark in Mountain West Conference play. San Diego State is 2-5 overall and 1-2 in the MWC.

The Cowboys are coming off a 29-24 home win over UNLV last Saturday in a game that saw the UW offense come to life in the second half, scoring one touchdown in the third quarter and two more in the fourth quarter. SDSU was forced to postpone their scheduled home game with BYU last week due to the fires in the San Diego area. The Aztecs and Cougars will make up that game on Dec. 1.

Home-field advantage has been key in the Cowboy-Aztec series. The home team has won each of the past four meetings. San Diego State has won nine of the previous 14 meetings versus the Cowboys in California, while Wyoming has won 10 of 14 games in the series played in Laramie. The last time Wyoming won in San Diego was Nov. 11, 1995, by a score of 34-31.

Saturday's game will be televised live on The Mtn. The game will also be broadcast on radio over the Cowboy Sports Network beginning with the radio pregame show at 6:30 p.m., Mountain Time.
