2014-15: Addison added depth at heavyweight for the Cowboys appearing in numerous opens throughout his redshirt freshman season. He finished the year with a 6-10 overall record with two pins.
2013-14: A mid-year addition to the roster, Addison redshirted in his first season at UW. He provided valuable depth to the heavyweight ranks in the practice room throughout the spring semester, but did not compete in any open tournaments. He capped off his season with an appearance in the ASICS Junior National Championships at 120 kilograms (264.5 pounds), going 0-2.
High School: At Boise High School, Addison placed in the top three two times at the state tournament as a competitor. He racked up nearly 100 pins from his freshman to senior year and lettered all four seasons. He was an All-American at the Sierra Nevada Classic and won the Homedale and Dick Fleischmann Classic tournaments as a junior and senior.
Personal: Born in Laramie, Wyo., he is the son of Scott and Cindy Addison. His father Scott and and uncle Steve Addison both played football at Wyoming as members of the 1987 and 1988 undefeated WAC championship football teams. The younger Addison also received recruiting interest from Boise State. He has one sibling, Kaley. He is pursuing a degree in English education at UW.
