Ford enters his first season as the assistant director of player development on the Wyoming wrestling staff in 2014-15.

A former UW wrestler, Ford was 24-27 for his career and qualified for the NCAA Championships in 2012-13. He helped the Pokes win the Western Wrestling Conference team title with his 141-pound crown at the event as a senior. In his first trip to NCAAs, he went 1-2.

His younger brother Cole is a student assistant for the Pokes.
