Hey Cowgirl Fans!
First of all, thank you to everyone that made it to our exhibition games the last couple of weeks. It is great to see all of you supporting us so early in the season. I hope you enjoyed the games and will continue to come out and watch!
For those who couldn't make it we opened up the season playing Adams State, our first exhibition game of the year. After the first game jitters went away we ended up winning and playing very well as a team. It was great to finally play against someone else and see where we stand and what we need to work on as a team. Our second exhibition game was against Colorado School of Mines, in which we came up with another win. Both games taught us what we need to improve on in order to get ready for the many challenges that face us this year.
This week we head to Manhattan, Kansas to play Kansas State. It should be an interesting experience for us Cowgirls to put our skills to the test. We are all very excited and ready to play a national ranked team. We turn around and play at home November 21st against UC-Colorado Springs. We love playing in front of our wonderful fans. Thanks for all the support so far, and hope to see you at many more games throughout the season. GO COWGIRLS!!!
