2012: R-Senior: Played in 44 games throughout her career with seven starts ... achieved three career goals and two career assists for eight points ... played in 15 games as a senior, registering one goal against Montana State-Billings and an assist against Eastern Washington for three points during the year ... both shot attempts during the year were on goal in games against Lamar and Montana St.-Billings ... her goal against Montana-St. Billings proved to be the game-winning score to lift the Cowgirls to a hard-fought 6-5 victory at home ... logged 301 minutes during the year ... named MW Academic All-Conference and a MW Scholar Athlete.

2011: R-Junior: Missed the 2011 season due to injury.

2010: R-Sophomore: Played in all 20 games and started six in her sophomore season ... helped provide a spark on the Cowgirl front line, scoring one goal and assisting another ... the one goal she scored on the season was a game-winning goal against Idaho ... took the fifth-most shots on the team with 13 with seven on goal ... earned her second Cowgirl letter award.

2009: Sophomore: Redshirted due to injury.

2008: Freshman: Played in nine games and started one ... took two shots and scored her first career goal in a win against South Dakota ... earned MW Academic All-Conference and received her first letter award.

High School: Was a four-sport athlete in which she lettered for three years in soccer, cross country and track and field ... also earned a letter in badminton her senior year ... her freshman year, she was the Seton Catholic High School MVP in Arizona and won the 3A state championship, which was the team's fourth year in a row ... her junior season she was first in goals, first in assists and was a Second Team All-Region selection at Chandler High School ... won the rookie of the year award and was a co-captain for the South Bank Lady Bugs Arizona Club team ... her senior season, Sheffield helped Silver Creek become the No. 1-ranked team in the Northern Colorado Conference as well as the South Bank Lady Bugs in Arizona ... also excelled in the classroom, being named a member of the National Honor Society for two years and was also an AP/IB Scholar.

Personal: Born Jan. 13, 1990 in Boulder, Colo. ... daughter of Ana and Robert Sheffield ... majoring in kinesiology and health promotion.
