Junior (2013): Named second team All-Mountain West and first team by College Sports Madness...played in 20 matches with 17 starts... led the Cowgirls with eight assists and was second on the team with six goals... led the MW in assists and assists per game with an average of 0.40... finished sixth in the MW with her six goals... her 20 points was second best on the team and tied fifth best in the MW, averaged 1.00 points per game which was fourth in the MW... took 36 shots on the season, with 24 on goal... scored both of Wyoming's goals against UNLV, the second in the 88th minute to take the match to overtime... tallied 1,324 minutes during the year.

Sophomore (2012): Named first team All-Mountain West by College Sports Madness after recording two goals and 10 assists as a sophomore ... her 10 assists led the team and MW and was 12th-most in the NCAA ... with 15 career assists, she is currently tied for second on the all-time UW list with two remaining years of eligibility ... her 10 assists in a single season is a program-best mark ... recorded three assists in games versus Nebraska-Omaha and Utah Valley, both tying for first on the all-time UW list for assists in a single game ... played and started all 18 games in 2012 ... recorded a team-best 14 points for the season, which ranked ninth in the MW ... her .78 points per game was eighth-best in the league ... also led the team in shot attempts with 35 for the year, including nine against Fresno State, a program-best for a single game ... her 17 shots on goal were second-best on the team ... scored two goals against Lamar in a 3-1 victory ... played 1,178 minutes for the year.

Redshirt Freshman (2011): The MW Freshman of the Year, Paul had arguably the best freshman campaign in Cowgirl soccer history ... scored eight goals, the fourth-best single season output in UW history ... her eight goals also put her at No. 3 in the MW for the season ... recorded two multi-goal matches against N. Colorado and CS-Pueblo ... three of Paul's eight goals were game-winning strikes, which tied her for most on the team with senior Kayla Davis ... her three game-winners were also good enough to tie her for the third-most in a single season in UW history ... also assisted five goals during the season to give her 21 total points, which tied her for the fifth-most total points in a Cowgirl season and was the second-most in the MW ... scored her eight goals on 66 shots, which also led the team ... along with MW Freshman of the Year honors, earned First Team All-MW and NSCAA Division I All-Pacific Third Team accolades ... Paul and senior teammate Allison Masumiya became the first ever Cowgirls to earn NSCAA Division I All-Pacific honors.

(2010): Redshirt season ... invited to practice with the Canadian National Team in preparation for the 2011 Women's World Cup.

High School: Won a total of four provincial and three national championships with her club team Calgary Foothills ... was the leading goal scorer and golden boot winner at the U18 Canadian National Tournament in 2009 ... has been a member of the Canadian National Training Center since she was 13 years old ... led her team to three consecutive city championships ... invited to the Team Canada Camp in 2009 and played a U-20 international friendly against Mexico in November of 2009.

Personal: Born May 23 in Calgary, Alberta. Is the daughter of Christine and Sheldon Paul. Sister Jennifer, is a sophomore on the team and also has one brother, Joseph. Majoring in women's studies at UW.
