This Season: A three-year returning letterwinner to the program. A very talented player, who has the ability to play anywhere on the court. She adds great depth to the program. Had a strong outing in the fall season winning five of her first six matches en route to an 8-4 singles record. Finished the fall with an overall mark of 4-6 in doubles play with fellow Cowgirl Karolina Rowinski. At the Central Regional Tournament, House defeated Stephanie Roldan of Idaho State and Kasie King of Idaho to advance to the Main Draw. Currently ranks third all-time in school history with 55 career wins.
Junior (2005-06): Had a solid fall season going 3-3 in singles play and 2-4 with three different doubles partners. Continued to have a strong showing in the spring starting off with a five match winning streak and winning ten of her first 14 matches. House ended the season with a mark of 16-14 after going 13-11 in the spring playing mainly at the three and four spots. She also posted an 11-18 overall record in doubles action on the year with four different partners. Earned Academic All-MWC honors.
Sophomore (2004-05): Had a good fall season as she went 4-2 in singles action and 5-2 while playing doubles with partner Gwen Moser. Started off the spring winning her first five of six matches and then finished with an overall singles mark of 14-13 while playing mainly at the four and five positions. In doubles play, she and partner Gwen Moser went 14-15 overall for the year. Earned MWC Scholar-Athlete honors.
Freshman (2003-04): Had an impressive fall going 6-3 in singles play. Earned her first Division I win on Sept. 20, 2003 against Katie Sanders of Gonzaga. She and doubles partner Megan Williams went 4-2 in doubles play over the fall. House continued her strong play in the spring as she finished up her freshman campaign with a 17-10 singles mark. In doubles play, House played with four different partners and finished with a 12-10 doubles record. A first time Academic All-MWC selection.
High School: A two-time District and Idaho 4-A State Singles Champion in 2001 and 2002, along with being a finalist in 2003 at Mountain Home High School. She has been a junior competitive member of the USTA for the last several years. During that time, she was ranked both in the Intermountain section and nationally. She finished in the Top 12 in the Intermountain District, while finishing 268th nationally in Girls 18 singles play in 2002. Over the 2002-03 year, she participated in several national tournaments, including the National Open in New York, World Team Tennis National Juniors as a member of the USTA Intermountain team, the Super National Hardcourts in California and was a participant in the 2001 World Sports Exchange Tennis Program in England. In that same year, House was also named Player of the Year and a Team Captain. Coached in high school by Tiffany Zimmer. An excellent student, she earned several scholastic and service awards.
Personal: The daughter of Francis and Tamzy House. Born February 6, 1985 in Illinois. Has two brothers, Jeff and Jeremy. Majoring in art with a minor in graphic design.
