LARAMIE, Wyo. - In their only match of the week, the Wyoming volleyball team will continue Mountain West Conference play on the road. They will travel to Ft. Collins, Colo. to face the Colorado State Rams, on Friday night, at 7:00 p.m.

With an 0-2 record over the weekend, the Cowgirls come into this match with an 8-7 overall mark and a 2-2 record in the conference. As a team, they are out hitting opponents .265 to .221, which is third in the Mountain West Conference.

The Rams enter the week with a record of 12-1 overall, a perfect 4-0 mark in the MWC, and are ranked seventh in the AVCA Top 25 Coaches Poll. CSU is currently hitting .294 (782-269-1744) per match and averaging 2.93 blocks per contest. They are led by senior Katie Shirley-Cahoon, who is averaging 3.16 kills, 1.80 digs and 1.13 blocks per game.

This will be the 56th meeting between the two schools as the Rams lead the series 37-18. The last time the two teams met was Nov. 7, 2003 in Ft. Collins when CSU defeated the Cowgirls, 3-1.
